You can view a list of your scheduled sessions (including recurring sessions) when you log in to your account online or from the desktop app.


View scheduled meetings from the web

Are you seeing a different dashboard? You aren't running the new GoToWebinar experience! Click here for help on the old experience.

  1. Log in at
  2. The Dashboard automatically displays the Upcoming Events tab.
  3. Switch to Compact View to see your upcoming events with condensed details. This view will display up to 20 events at once.
  4. Click See More and scroll through the pages to view more upcoming events.
  5. Alternatively, you can click the Calendar icon to get a monthly view of upcoming events.


View scheduled meetings from the desktop app

1. Access the desktop app menu as follows:

  • If it is not currently running, locate the application on your computer and open it.
  • If it is already running, right-click the daisy icon in the system tray (Windows) or toolbar (Mac).

2. Click My Webinars.

3. A new web browser page will launch and direct you to the My Webinars page in your web account.
