Manage and Share Session Recordings*

After you've recorded a session and converted the recording, you can share the links with your attendees. You can also distribute a recording and send or upload the recording wherever else you'd like. If you are using cloud recording, your sessions will be automatically saved to the Meeting History page.

The features that are available on your account may vary depending on your subscription plan.

 

Access an online recording

When you choose to have your recordings automatically saved online, they will immediately appear in the Meeting History tab a couple minutes after the session ends. Click Open Recording to view the recording and transcripts (if enabled).

 
 
 
 

Share a recording with others

1. Log in at https://global.gotomeeting.com.

2. Click the Meeting  History tab on the page.

3. Select the Recording options drop-down menu, and select Share or Download.

4. Send the copied link or paste it wherever you'd like to share it with attendees. You can also attach the downloaded recording anywhere (email, etc.).

5. The Sharing toggle gives you control of your recording's visibility.

  • On – Anybody with a direct link can view the recording.
  • Off – The link will no longer be public and attendees will see a "This page does not compute" page.
 
 
 
 

Download a recording as a .MP4 file

1. Log in at https://global.gotomeeting.com.

3. Find the desired recording and click the Recording options drop-down menu, then select Download..

4. The .MP4 file will automatically begin downloading.

 
 
 

Delete a recording

1. Log in at https://global.gotomeeting.com.

2. Click the Meeting History tab.

3. Find the recording and select Delete in the Recording options drop-down menu.

4. Click Yes to permanently delete the recording.
