Join a Meeting from GoToConference

GoToConference is an all-in-one hardware system that lets you set up a small to mid-sized conference room to be ready to join and host meetings in an instant. Learn more about GoToConference.

  1. Enter the conference room.
  2. Click Join in the left menu.
  3. Enter the meeting's 9-digit meeting ID or the organizer's personal meeting page name, then click Go.
  4. If the organizer has started the meeting, you will be launched into session and your webcam and microphone will automatically turn on. If the organizer has not yet started the meeting, you will see the "Waiting for organizer" screen.
