Who is the billing contact for my account?

The billing contact (i.e., billing admin) on your account is a member of your organization (not a LogMeIn representative) that has special privileges that allow them to change the account's subscription plan, modify the payment and billing information, and manage other account settings.

Logging in to the Billing Center

Only billing contacts or account admins can see who the billing contact is for an account. If you think you're the billing contact but aren't sure, you can check by trying the following:
  1. Log in to the Billing Center at https://billing.logmeininc.com with your GoToMeeting email address and password.
  2. One of the following will occur:
    If this happens: Then:
    You are redirected to your account's Subscriptions page You are the billing admin
    You see a message, "You seem to have landed in the wrong place" – click account profile to be redirected to the My Account page One of the following is true:
    • You have a standard account and you are not the billing admin – for more information, contact your account admin.
    • You may or may not be the billing admin but your account is managed in the Corporate Billing Portal – click Go to Billing or go to https://link.logmeininc.com/corp-billing and log in with your User ID (from an emailed invoice) and password in the Corporate Billing Portal.
      • If you are unable to log in to the Corporate Billing Portal, you are not the billing admin.

If you are still unable to find out who the billing contact is, please contact your own account admin that manages your GoToMeeting account.

Logging in to the Admin Center

If you are an account admin, you can log in to the Admin Center to determined whether you are also a billing admin for your account.

  1. Log in to the Admin Center with your GoToMeeting email address and password at https://admin.logmeininc.com.
  2. In the left navigation, select Add Licenses.

  3. One of the following will occur:
    If this happens: Then:
    You are redirected to your account's Subscriptions page You are the billing admin
    You see a message advising you to contact your billing admin to make product or licensing changes to your account You are not the billing admin – to request changes, contact the billing admin (whose name and email address is listed in the message) by clicking Email the billing admin.
    You see a message advising you to select a product to log in to the Billing Center and add licenses You may or may not be the billing admin but your account is managed in the Corporate Billing Portal – click the logo of an existing product on your account or go to https://link.logmeininc.com/corp-billing and log in with your User ID (from an emailed invoice) and password in the Corporate Billing Portal.
    • If you are unable to log in to the Corporate Billing Portal, you are not the billing admin.
